Donovan is a freshman majoring in Criminal Justice at Sandhills. He is a graduate of Lee County High School. He lives in Cameron with his dad Lee and step mother Brenda. Donovan has four siblings Jasmine, Tara, Tracey, Mario, and Kellie.
