Flyers Steady on Day Two in Kiawah
The lady Flyers golfers fired a team round of 333 for the second consecutive day at the 2018 Edwin Waters/Kiawah Island Spring Classic. Paced by Shirley Ou's second consecutive 75 the Flyers team racked up one of the better rounds in school history. Ou's two day 150 ranks T74 overall in a field of 218 players. Parker Watson added one stroke to her first day 82 for an 83 while Amanda Hill improved the most of any Flyer (5 strokes) firing a solid 82. Freshman Danielle Mirovich rounded out the scoring for Sandhills with an 89-93.
The final round tees off Tuesday from Oak Point on Kiawah Island with an 8:45am shotgun start. The Flyers sit in 21st place in the now divided field made up of almost all NCAA DI teams.
